Course Objectives The aim of this course is to deepen the theoretical knowledge of the phases of investigation and prosecution in criminal proceedings in a practical way in the context of practice before the criminal courts.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Anallyze the principles of criminal procedure
  • File a petition of denunciation and complaint in criminal proceedings
  • Explain the preparations for the investigation and prosecution phase.
  • Define the indictment, the decision to accept the indictment.
  • List the basic elements of the defense petition.
  • Apply the methods of questioning witnesses.
  • List the qualifications of the public prosecutor's opinion as to the accusations
  • Compare the types of judgement.
Course Description The scope of this course is the reinforcement of criminal and criminal procedure law knowledge through practice within the framework of fictional events and the functioning of the stages of criminal proceedings.
